History

Founding

• Razack Sattar founded the Prestige Group in 1950 with a small fabric and tailoring shop in Bengaluru. This modest beginning laid the basement for the family's entrepreneurial legacy, which would later blossom into a real estate powerhouse.

Early Years

• Razack Sattar founded the Prestige Group in 1986 as a small real estate company in Bengaluru.

Expansion

• Mr. Irfan Razack joined the business in the early time. It steered the growth of the company.
• The second son of Razack Sattar, Mr. Rezwan Razack entered his family’s retail business in 1975 and diversified into property development in 1985. Clearly, he has inherited his father’s zest for excellence, and is a high flier from the word go.
• As Director, Prestige Group, and the youngest son of the founder, the Late Mr. Razack Sattar, Noaman Razzack, joined the company in early 1990s. At present he leads the activities of the Group’s retail vertical.

Miles Stones

• It started its first project, Prestige Court on Bangalore's KH Road.
• The company's milestones include its public listing in 2010 and the completion of landmark projects like Prestige Shantiniketan and Prestige Forum Mall.

Present

Irfan Razack, born October 30, 1953, is a Bangalore-born Indian billionaire entrepreneur. He is the Managing Director and Chairman of Prestige Group, one of India's most reputable real estate developers. With a wealth of $1.23 billion, he ranked 77th among Indians on the 2014 Forbes India Rich List. Prestige was the country's second-largest listed real estate company.

For his business excellence, he has won numerous awards, including

Rezwan Razack

Mr. Rezwan Razack is the Managing Director of the Prestige Group, where he has played a pivotal role in taking the Company to its present level. He is in charge of the Prestige Group's engineering and construction operations, and he has assembled a highly driven staff.

Being naturally charitable, he committed himself to organizing the "Terry Fox Run," a fundraising event that supports Bengaluru's cancer research. For this endeavor, the Governor General of Canada, Mr. David Johnston, on his State visit in 2014, bestowed a Medallion and Scroll to him. Mr. Razack is a strong supporter of the PRAY (Pain Relief and You) Foundation, which helps the poor by giving them access to healthcare.

Noaman Razack

Noaman Razack handles the Group’s retail vertical. This includes the three Prestige Forums in Bangalore, one each in Chennai, Hyderabad, Mysore, and Mangalore, as well as the renowned luxury mall UB City, which is part of the world-class mall network that Prestige develops, establishes, and manages.

He is also the Director of Prestige Fashions Pvt. Ltd., which serves as the umbrella organization for all of the Group's retail activities related to clothing. As a result, he contributes to the Group his distinct experience in fashion retail, which is embodied in Prestige The Man Store.
